This month we’re livening up what can be a dreary month in the kitchen with colourful, cheering fruit bursting with flavour. I’m so looking forward to seeing what inventive dishes you come up with. The ingredients in February’s bag are:

    Darn! I do not think I will get passion fruit & pomegranate here at this time. … What lovely ingredients.. don't want to miss this:-(

    Hi Soma, don’t forget you don’t have to use all 3, so if you can only find one of the fruits to use with the cream that will be fine. You can all substitute with something else.

    Hi Julia,
    do I need to register first to enter this event? I just found out about this, and was intrigued to give it a go, eventhough I only have one week to do it. I have always wanted to try baking with pomegranate.
