I’m Back!

Hey everyone! You may have seen me over the past week or so on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook and if you have and said hello thank you, I’ve had a lovely welcome back. After a long break I’m finally ready to start blogging again and I can’t wait to get started. But I do want to explain my absence as I definitely owe you that. I thought it would be much easier, and more personal, to explain in a video than a written post, so take a look. Lots of love, Julia x

Julia – it is lovely to see you back. I appreciate your honesty, genuineness and vulnerability in sharing your personal story. As a mental health counselor, I am truly grateful for your acknowledgment of the weight of separation and divorce, and appreciate your process of reflection through it. I look forward to your new posts and to all you’ll have to share and commend your courage in speaking honestly about a real-life heartache and the reality that healing is a process. I admire you.

Hi Chris, thank you so much, your words really mean a lot to me. I actually am keen to talk about mental health on the blog as it’s something I feel strongly about and I have experiences I can share that I think may help people, even if it’s just to feel less alone x
