Bringing the Virtual World to the Real World

UKFBA Stall

The UKFBA stall is going fantastically well, with everyone joining in and bloggers teaming up to share the stall. We’ve got different bloggers throughout the summer selling good made by their own fair hands at the Covent Garden Real Food Market.

I caught up with Rebecca of ‘From a North London Kitchen’ down there the other week and happened to bump into Kavey from ‘Kavey Eats’, who was also visiting at the same time. It was so great to meet them both.

Poor Rebecca was sweltering in the heatwave but doing fantastically well selling her home made jams. You can catch her there this Thursday where she’ll be doing it all over again.

Looks really pretty with the fabric tops brightly decorating the tops of the jars.

Wow Julia, thanks for putting up the pictures. It was so great to meet you in person.Gosh it was hot that day wasn't it!

One last day to go. I can't decide if I'm going to miss it like mad, or be glad I've finally gotten my kitchen back for more practical baking, and fingers crossed some sleep!

Readhead – they do look lovely, don't they.

Rebecca – you're very welcome, I'm just sorry it's a week later than I said and the picture of you has come out so dark. I've edited the post to let people know you'll be there today. Good luck!

The stall looks like it is going good guns! Such a great idea. I do wish I lived closer sometimes, I seem to miss out on a lot of fun!
