A Week in the Austrian Alps (Part 1)

I’ve just come back from a fantastic holiday in Saalbach, Austria, where I spent a week skiing, eating, drinking and wrapping up against the bitter cold. I have lots to tell you about what I did and what I ate but for now let me show you some pictures of the beautiful alpine scenery.

Wow Julia!! What a breathtaking place to spend a holiday!! The photos seem profesional, I am happy for you , thanks again for your lovely blog!
I am on a short visit with my family and friends in Utah, currently live in Las Vegas with my youngest daughter.
The weather is lovely here, and the mountains are covered in snow, yet the sun shines all day long!
    Happy New Years Julie!

Oh, the Alps are so pretty! I don’t actually enjoy the cold, but one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen in person was the vast expanse of snowy mountains (with tiny cabins nestled in the valleys every once in a while!) as we flew across Europe on the way to Italy. Looking forward to reading about your trip. 🙂

Hello there, I loved your photos too and your name! I used to live in Kent in Rainham and now I live bang slap in the centre of France. My family are still in England . I am very new to blogging and if you find the time I would love to know how you post pictures of that size, all my photo downloads are shrunk ( such a novice). I shall ‘follow’ your blog with interest. best wishes Delphine
